Closest I ever get to playing it is downing a double scotch on the rocks in one big gulp, loudly shaking up the ice cubes in the glass and bellowing 'YAHTZEE!' as I roll the cubes across the pub table. That NEVER gets old.

Every time I've gone this route, it always turns into a "house rules brawl" where people would argue the house rule mechanics and change rules constantly halfway through the game. It's pretty hard to keep up when your piss drunk.

Oh right, I almost forgot to mention that my friends and I only play board games as some form of drinking game, mostly because we're bored and partly because actual drinking board games suck.

Stay far away from Monopoly. That is a game specifically designed to lose friends.

I played it, it's pretty meh. It's a decent time waster if you have a few friends handy, but I found Clue to be a lot better.

Yea I've played Yahtzee, I didn't find it that fun, but I never won and I don't find things fun if I always lose them.

I only like playing it with friends, for the life of me I cannot find parcheesi(Sp?) fun at all.

I don't like it, but at least it's not as long winded as Monopoly.


I like Monopoly don't get me wrong, but only in small doses.
