School Days: I liked it. I like how it just gets worse as it goes, and even though I kinda had an idea how it would end, I was still looking forward to how it gets there. It's also more fun to watch it with a friend and see his every reaction.

K-ON!: I love K-ON! People say it has no plot, but that's not true, it just doesn't have a very deep plot, but it's simple, cute, charming, funny, and a harmless little slice of life anime. Even if it lacks any big conflicts, I still found it enjoyable, and I find it hard to hate any of the characters. I also like the music a lot, and I even made a user group here.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt: Another anime I enjoyed that gets a lot of hate. I don't really watch it for the humor, I like it for its strangeness. I just find something very appealing about it. Sure, some episodes were hit and miss, but overall I enjoyed it a lot. I see it as a parody of western media and culture, and over exercising them. Plus the animation was great, the action was awesome, and when the show does develop a plot they're usually the best episodes. Plus the soundtrack is AWESOME!

Neon Genesis Evangelion: I hear people say that this show is overrated a lot, but now it's starting to feel more underrated. I'm just gonna say that NGE is one of the best series I've seen, and you never see animes with plot and characters that deep these days, and I find all the mindfuck moments intriguing and beautiful. End of Evangelion is my all-time favorite anime film.

Black Ops: I found it to be lots of fun, and I couldn't care less about multiplayer.

High School of the Dead: People say there's too much fanservice, but I was okay with that, it's an ecchi after all, but with zombies. Not only that, but it looks great, the action was good, and I liked the characters. Also, I liked this scene [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hB_3hZqE04]. It was hilarious XD

I agree with everything on your list OP, except for twilight. I got the book a few years ago for Christmas and didn't like it, although your more than welcome to love it.

As for me, Country Music. Kenny Rogers is a god amongst men, dammit! The best thing about San Andreas was K-ROSE. Also; the Halo series (not played wars though). IMO Reach and ODST were excellent stories and I found the characters compelling.

And your use of apostrophes bugs me. J'st s'y'n'.

I like Phantasy Star: Universe. I know I've said it before, but I like it so much that I have to say it again, goddammit. XD
Same here! Sucks that the free expansion to the game could only be played online.
It was really fun but I'm not going to pay for XBL Gold AND the 9.99 or whatever it cost for a "Hunter's License"

I liked all 3 Matrix movies. I used to have a problem with how the 3rd one ended, but looking at the whole thing as an allegory for enlightenment it makes sense. I'm into that spiritual enlightenment stuff, like Gnosticism and Buddhism.

I thought Black Op's was a great FPS, and Avatar was a good film which justifies all the hype.

Also, and i'm not sure what other people think about these movies- But i enjoyed the Underworld series.

Can't agree with most of the list, can agree with a couple MOST profoundly...

Smallville- Went into it, wanting to hate it, knowing it would ruin any attempt at DC's original characters and "continuity" but after I remembered how awful the writing was in all those old comics from the forties and so on, I allowed myself to enjoy the show. Now I have all 9 available seasons... Michael Rosenbaum... *raises black-gloved fist*

True Blood- About the same. I expected teeny-bopper overly romanticized vampire gunk but was pleasantly surprised with the presentation and REALLY wish there was more available.

And just from my own closet...

Gremlins 2- Pure. Dumb. Campy. Fun.

Howard The Duck- Again.

Bioshock2- Eat me. I enjoyed the game and I felt that even if the story was clearly shoehorning in retcons, which I normally loathe, thinking back to Bioshock1 it felt like this could still work, and I really enjoyed playing as Delta, even if it didn't have quite the feel of playing as a Big Daddy.

And some of my favorite cinematic musicals are "The King and I", "Little Shop of Horrors", "Les Mis" and rock operas such as "REPO- The Genetic Opera" (I also loved the musical episode of 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' - Anthony Stewart Head is A-MAY-zing!)

Final Fantasy X-2 has probably the best gameplay mechanics in the series.

Yep. And If not for all the retarded fanboys that hated it for the j-pop/lighter side of the game, maybe the series wouldn't have taken a turn through shitsville.

Alot of people did't like Metallica's album St. Anger, but I like it. It's not great, but hey, it's metal, love it or leave it.
I cannot bash St Anger. Its not great, but it introduced me to metallica, and made me check out their better stuff. Its like drinking chocolate milk, only to find out later that you were missing the ice cream. Sure it was delicious, but good lord it wasn't a milk shake

Runescape. Its free and good for killing a few hours. (Although I do hate that the entire population seems to be 12 year olds. Hard to train when the chat box is filled with "XD" and "Lololol")

Oh and Alpha Protocol. Its good fun when playing as a spy. Sort of like an arcadey Splinter Cell.

I actually LOVED Too Human. The camera got aggravating, but if you took out the part where you had to grind so much to get the artifact armor, I would have given the game a 9, personally. I did really hate the grind for that armor, though.

I enjoy the Star Wars prequels also, but mostly as a guilty pleasure. Same with the second and third Matrix films. I like Star Wars TFU 1 but 2 was really pushing it I think. Aaaaaand that's all I can think at the moment really.

I thought the first three Star Wars movies were not just fine, they are excellent. I will never understand why everyone thinks they are shit.

Except for Jar Jar Binks, he could be erased from everyone's minds and I wouldn't care. He truly did serve NO purpose.
I didnt like Jar Jar, either, but he technically did serve a purpose. He was a patsy for Palpatine to get the future empires military rolling.

I love to listen to the Spice Girls, Avril Lavigne, watch Chick-Flicks, skim womens magazines (to find pictures of hot women to put on my wall), and other girly stuff. theyre fun, at the right place and time, and pretty funny too! (hint: drop dead gorgeous is one of the funniest movies ever made, WATCH IT)
sex & the city can eat a d*ck, thats a retarded movie. (all opinions)

I love rap and hip hop and country when the meaning is sensible (actually i do listen to...lets call them "horny" songs, i just see the multiple-f-bombing songs to be less meaningful...)

I love winter and snow, suck it fools! xD

I'm sure the twilight books are decent, but the fanbase and movie appearance has butchered everything i should be able to enjoy to any degree about them...oh well.

I love Halo to death, imperfections and all. same with final fantasy. Love playing modern warfare shooters, but i do think they're all becoming very repetitive and done the same, but they still are a blast to play!

And I'm LDS (or Mormon)! and still have a bad habit of swearing, which I'm working on. and I'm sure of my religion and will not deny it to or for anyone or anything.

hey, this is fun!!

well to be honest I like a number of seemingly unpopular things but I'm not entirely sure about their popularity, I don't THINK a lot of people like them though

Final Fantasy XIII

I actually liked this game, I thought the paradigm system was interesting....true levelling up became a lot more basic but in my opinion it was still better than that sphere grid crap FFX had....I like FFX just not the sphere grid...but not X-2 or twelve I'm afraid I agree with the fanboys on those, but 13 had great character development, (I thought) I've played games with worse soundtracks and I didn't even mind Leona Lewis being put in for the western theme song for no reason, I thought it was oddly fitting...although I do prefer the original japanese one and as slow as it was I enjoyed the story

the Dragon Ball Z games

yes I still buy these, I went out and bought Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 the day it came out, sure it's the same story each time save for some what-if stories...and RB2 didn't even have that, and the gameplay is completely broken but damn it it's fun....unless you play it online...then it becomes extremely annoying...damn stun-lockers

Metal Gear Solid 4

this was the game I got with my first PS3 several years ago...and through all the games I've traded in I still have this one. I wasn't a fan of Old Snake but the game had so many good things about it, as a MGS fan I loved the nostalgia factor when you went back to Shadow Moses, the epic fistfight at the end, all that stuff. the soundtrack wasn't as good as I hoped for but good enough, and I still play Metal Gear Online I didn't even mind that 85% of the game is cutscenes

well I'm just gonna give a list from this point on

Dragonforce

all 4 seasons of Heroes (even 2...though to a lesser extent)

the Star Wars Prequels

Star Wars The Force Unleashed (I like both games but admittedly TFU2 was a huge letdown...gameplay was fun though)

the last saga of Dragon Ball GT, I thought the shadow dragons were a good idea, though admittedly I didn't care for the rest of GT, I love the rest of Dragon Ball/DBZ though

the 2009 Star Trek movie...that may be because I've never watched Star Trek in any other form but I still liked it

Kingdom Hearts 2...also Kingdom Hearts if that counts

the first Mortal Kombat movie...yeah

the Mortal Kombat Konquest TV series...if you could stop taking it seriously it was quite entertaining

Lair,

there are more but I can't think of them right now

Personally, I think most of those things are awful, but if you like them, then It shouldn't matter what other people think about them.
