Lets just say that you are put smack dab middle into the zombie Apocalypse and it just to happens that you have the choice to have any person( or alien/robot/undead thing ) to aid you in your efforts whatever they may be. You also get the choice of any weapon. ( That you can actually carry for the multiple days you will be waiting for rescue. ) You also have a choice of three different Zombie infestations. They could be like those from Resident Evil, Left 4 Dead, or holy shit arcane zombies with magical powers while spewing fire out there ass ( in other words Doom, even though their demons... ) So, what are you battle plans people?

I'd get a mini-gun, a companion cube,and some ammo. Also a stick of butter.

I'd get me a robot companion who has a sniper rifle glued to his face, and then I'd have me a semi automatic rifle.

I'd get a robot to help me, an AK47-Bayonet mix for a weapon, and the zombies would be from Resident Evil. Knowing me, the most I could possibly manage is to keep hidden as much as possible, have the robot scout about, bide our time and hold off the zombies until help arrives. And yes, I'm a big coward =P

Weapon: Pandora (dmc 4) capable of transforming into 666 different weapons though only 7 are used in the game. Seriously this has to be the best weapon ever.

It would be awesome to see this guy in action. For practical purposes I'd choose Dr.Manhattan, he's practically a god so I could steal shit or go to sleep while he takes care of the zombies.

Running would always be the first option. I simply don't see how you can survive the zombie apocalpyse when the very words used to describe it imply the end of everything you know. It's very hard to recover from that sort of thing.

Besides I have no formal weapons training anyway, I'd be useless with any gun.

You seem quite fond of of the running option, perhaps you should learn parkour, it makes running away so much easier and more fun.

I'd get a Daishi Mech as my companion and a few lasers and PPKs mounted on it as my weapons.
I wouldn't want any projectile weapons for the zombie apocalypse, after all, I might run out of ammo.

Parkour? Nah I'm not much into training. I play basketball and netball though, thats good enough for running exercises.
