My ship would be dark red/blood colored and my crew would always be wearing red themed clothes
and our jolly roger would have a red jaw-less skull with an eye patch and a large ship's wheel underneath it.

The Death Destroyer. The skull would be replaced with a death star and the crossing swords would be replaced by lightsabers, or if they were crossing bones, would be replaced by crossing star destroyers. And it would have a small exhaust port!
