Spamming invites for CoD and GoW. My friends harassing me even though I am going out of my way to help them. Trash talk. Bringing up Michael Jackson at least one time a day.
God of War is multiplayer?! (Sorry, had to say it. Normally people call Gears of War "Gears", GoW normally is used for God of War)

Ah, my bad. I was noticing that abbreviation sounded unfamiliar to me.

Hackers in any MMO. I want to play the game damnit, not avoid being killed by flying ranged melee attackers!

My personal favorite? Talking all kinds of shit and not being able to back it up. You know the type.

Scene: Left 4 Dead 2 Versus
Douchebag: Aight faggots, I'm gonna carry this team all the way to the fucking end. Just stay the fuck out of my way.
*gets killed by a Smoker as the rest of the team runs past him*
*rage quit*

I love karma.

What annoys me is when little kids on speakers laugh at others who are die to them or beat them. That annoys me because it is for fun thus when someone dies, I usually just move on to try and win the game for my team of course. Heck, even have a few laughs if we die by an interesting way. But, these kids who laugh at someone who died to them or even died period just annoys me entirely.

Which makes me wonder- how did a kid get a hold of a rated M game? I was playing Dead Space 2 multiplayer and I am serious when I say I heard a kid around 7 laughing at people he killed as a necromorph. He could of been watching, but it was so clear to hear that I doubt it. Just curious is all so yeah..
I know what you mean, they never seem to shut the fuck up. I hate it even more when they start talking crap, and squealing into the mic (that's right not screaming, but squealing).

Half Life 2 fanboys who refuse to accept that it isn't perfect
we know its not perfect... but why admit to it when it makes you so mad that we wont?

As for what annoys me? Steamroll team stacks on TFP, and the Scramble teams now vote after EVERY loss, even close games. :)

(That was not directed at anyone here, that is just rage)
Super Fucking LOL! I got Black Ops, but this was my gripe for a couple of months with MW2

I hate kids in general. Online kids are worse. They're 3 times as annoying as IRL kids and there is just no physical way to "silence" them. That and people who act like real 1337 homos in any MMO. Shit...thats about 99.7% of lv 85 players in WoW.

Online for the 360, when players are having full-on conversations with people physically near them without muting their mics, or when players breathe on their mics.

For the PC, when players join a Hard match with a level 0-3 perk or constantly spam insults on Killing Floor. Also, when they suck.

Two things:

- People who whine and complain about every little single thing that might be wrong with the game or the map that it is on. Even worse when they pull complaints out of their bums, just to hear themselves talk.

- People who generally have an annoying voice and talk to death. Doesn't even matter if they are young children. Just wish most would realize that voice chat is there to briefly communicate with people, not sing or use it as an audio log.

I'm gonna make this simple, what are the things that people do online whether it is in an mmo, playing multiplayer, or when you log into an account. As always I'll go first, Inviting me to a game that i am NOT playing, and then sending invites every five minutes like i did'nt see it the first 50 thousand times... ANNOYING.
I get that with Party chat on XBL a lot.

"[GT] wants you to join an XBox Live party!"

Well, I'm already in a party and talking to people related to the game I'm playing. I'd send you a message, but the game hasn't ended yet. So let's stop at fifteen messages....

The small kid who holds a grudge against you for killing them.
I was playing MW2 and was the only person on my team that wasn't part of a party. Long story short we start loosing and the party drops out, leaving me all alone.
With me being the only one left the killstreaks that had murdered my team were pretty much cut off. So I picked a loadout with a silenced machine gun with a grip and went all stealthy on the other team. I still died a LOT but was able to hold my own for the most part, they were all spread out over the map so it was relatively easy to kill one, then move off and wait for the inevitable surge of players alerted by his death and pick them off. Eventually they learned and I died in almost every encounter afterwards. One player kept rushing though and I got the award for killing one player multiple times in row off of him as well as several killstreaks.

Game ends and I receive several messages in my inbox, most of them from other players thanking me on not quitting and saying good game. The one kid however sent me a voicemail that sounded like someone put a cat and a microphone in a bag and threw the bag in a drier. Several racial slurs and derogatory comments could barely be heard through the din. I disregarded it and went into a new game. I got ten messages from this kid over the course of one match, some of them text and some voice, all as bad as the first. Needless to say this kid is now on my blacklist.

People who take it to serious online, then getting mad when people tell him to quiet himself. And this is coming from a guy the blames the connection for every single death on Black Ops (because it so fucking is). Half the time they aren't even talking to their friends, just bitching about it to all who are there.

Alliance players in WoW

to quote Yahtzee, "honestly, FUCK The Alliance."
It's not just the alliance my friend. This happened to me recently:

I was doing a kill X amount of monster Y quests in Tol Barad and I noticed that a fellow horde member was getting attacked by a larger version of the monsters I was fighting. So, being a nice person (and a tank), I took the agro away from him and do you know what the guy did? HE FUCKING LEFT ME!!!

I got this giant monster off this little prick's back so he doesn't die and he leaves me to defend myself not only against the monster that was attacking him, but the monster I was already attacking and a monster I got agro from getting over to him.

You want to know what the saddest part about this story is? I thought I was going to die (I was at half health at the start of the battle) when a passing Night Elf came and helped me out. That's right, my fellow Horde member abandoned me, but a fucking alliance member went out of his way to help me. I wish Blizzard didn't have a built in language barrier between the factions so I could thank him.

This just goes to show you, it doesn't matter which side you're on, people can always be dicks

I find it extremely annoying when people don't get their way in a game, and they start sabotaging other people on their team.

A little earlier tonight I was teamed up with three of my friends on Halo Reach. We decided to do multiteam matchmaking, so that two would be on one team and and the others on another and we would face 4 other teams. Well it kept spitting out Rocket Hog Race and since that is a 3 per team game and every time we had to play it, one person had to be the odd-man-out and be on a team with two strangers.

Well I got teamed up where one member of the team didn't want to play this particular game. So first, it auto-placed him as the driver, so he kept running into walls and rock-faces until the other teams blew us up. Then when it put him in the rocket-turret position he would try and fire down to throw off my driving. I was able to drive through one point circle despite him doing that, but then one of his rockets flipped us and we landed in the deep water, which of course means automatic warthog explosion, which killed us and counted it as me betraying my team, which in turn gave the guy sabotaging me the ability to kick me from the game, which he did and I had to wait for my friends at the lobby while they had fun and finished the round.
