The algorithm for AI, as already mentioned by Mortai Gravesend, would be an excellent choice. Technological singularity here we come. But that of course assuming that's it's possible for an intelligence to create a superior intelligence at all - we might run into a Gödel's incompleteness theorems type of situation.

The Theory of Everything would be another "realistic" choice. Again it assumes that there is a formulation of it that is finite in length - that it's not infinite in content.
