That said, cheat in athletics with Whirlwind Force, use Unrelenting Force on gangs in the Red District, and then scare native tribes around the world with Call Storm into believing me some sort of nature deity.

Rinse and repeat until I am satisfied.

You wouldn't have the ability to use any of your powers, because dragons would be extinct in modern times. Besides, what are the chances that you, a gamer would not only become an archaeologist who explores ancient ruins which happen to have the shouting rune thingies, but would also have the combat savvy to defeat a dragon in the first place? This is modern times, there's no need for adventurers anymore.

Just because you're born with the "Dragonborn" gene, doesn't mean that you're going to be able to use your abilities.
