The Ability to create any car or motor vehicle but then you can't drive any of them, or alternatively, the ability to turn all traffic lights on your current route green but only while standing still where the moment you start moving they turn red and then go back to their normal cycle
Chameleon ... I'd just change shades constantly when people I don't like were trying to talk to me, and eventually weird them out so much they'll stop and leave.
Apart from that I can't think of any other purpose for it.
Especially given I wear clothes so my skin tone changing ability would be pretty useless.

I want the power of Caruso - to always be able to put on a pair of sunglasses and say something catchy, regardless of whether I had sunglasses with me or not, or if I was already wearing them.
