Humanity would probably end up owning the Earth in my Dimension, while Mars would be in constant war with 93 races (16 of them being the top contenders).

I'd pretend to be a commoner amongst the beings that I create, so I can keep an eye on them without all the trouble of them begging me for help all the time.

This, and after I started life in my new galaxy, I'd create a device to teleport me anywhere in either galaxy instantly, because I'd like to still visit everyone I know. Also, using the device wouldn't count as using my powers in this galaxy, since the device already exists.

If my loved ones and I wanted/needed anything, I'd just teleport back to my galaxy, create it, and bring it back.

Then make them worship you, and make yourself a bronzed godlike figure, you could conjure up anything and everything you wanted - even make Earth V2.
