I would reorganise the mod system to a full on rank structure... and then premote and demote the mods under my power[footnote]Because for some reason I am in charge[/footnote] based on the good work they do...

I would also legalise the use of vigilante groups... and allow them to assist in the taking down of criminals... as long as they hand over to the authorities... This is how I would recruit people into my army[/a] mods. If those vigilante's want to team up, and make a team, then that is cool too... as long as they are personified and have cool made up powers and alignments!

But all that is probably because I like comic books and am in the military...!

I would somehow get people to remember that low content posts and thread derailing are against the rules! Has everyone forgotten that! This isn't a dig at the mods, this is a dig at the community who lets people who should get warnings unpunished because the report button gets unpushed! I say NO MORE!

... actually, that's hard work. Abusing the power it is then!

I think due to my stance on people being incapable of talking about anything remotely religious or political without pulling out knives and murdering one another, i think i would petition the site leads to remove ALL threads that had nothing to do with video games or gaming in general.

I was going to say something to similar sentiments, excepting of course that it would be something mods can, but rarely ever, do.

I would enforce the rules in the R&P forum.

Be popular, as there comes a guaranteed ring of suck-ups to every admin in every large scale community. Tried and tested on an old minecraft community I used to moderate. Suddenly it was a loooot easier to talk in the chat with a bright green name. No insults or being ignored.

Funny that.

Oh yeah, rules too. Don't forget the rules. I would probably do something like that.

1: Give every citizen a flamethrower and cleanse the basement with holy fire.
2: Mandatory daily hugs for everyone. Additional hugs are optional.
3: Everyone's avatar must contain at least one pixel of pink.
4: Make the entire site black, pink, and white.
5: Perma-ban anyone that doesn't like cats.
6: Go mad with power.
7: Be defeated by a small group of members, containing at least one moderator who has had enough of my evil tyrranical ways, a bitter, jaded member who has been here since the beginning and finally has a reason to get up and do stuff, a shadowy, anonymous lurker, and a naive but courageous new member to get them to work as a team despite their differences. Also a mandatory love interest for one or more of the party.
8: Stage a comeback except I'm a cyborg zombie pirate alien ghost, be defeated by a similar group in a similar manner.
9: Turn the story of my rise and fall into a movie/game/book series and become rich enough to buy out the Escapist, and start all over again.
