Instead of a bunch of planets through space, I would make the entire universe an endless plain, with rivers, mountains, and all manner of terrain. Light and weather would be fixed, areas that had light would always have light, areas with darkness would stay with darkness, same with weather. Then plonk humans and fauna and watch my own little MMORPG world begin. Occasionally I would launch massive armies of Timurids to periodically invade the place, because I am not nice.

Create a new perfect world, all for myself. That is all that needs to exist. Maybe I'd create a few homunculi to keep me company and be my servants, but in all this would be an empty twilight universe, the end of existence. A massive sigh of regret of what could have been, but never were. Of course, that might change if I were feeling creative. But right now, that's all I'd make.
With that avatar image, i am surpriced that you didnt wish for a world that works like Fate Stay Night, but instead of heroes, we have Eldritch Abominations of the Cthulhu Mythos as servants that fight each other because................there can be only one :D

Better yet, i will make the universe as a videogame where i can choose any of those godlike monstrosities to act as my avatars of my righteous wrath. Dont worry about kill billions of planets with lifes, i am God after all, and therefore, the "Omnibenevolent" Good guy :D. If someone ask why the horrible suffering, i can always say that i work in mysterious ways and shit.

Create a bunch of different races with varying levels of scientific progress/powers( Magic, Steampunk, High-End Tech, etc), then spread them out far enough so that most wouldn't be able contact the others for a pretty good while, leaving me plenty of time to create new races and such as I think them up.

The worlds that would populate the universe would all look like an artist's wildest dream filled with incredibly scenic and cool looking scenery akin to fantasy landscapes.

Then I'd let stuff work it's self out, and deal with the major problems as they come. Heck I'd probably just constantly visit the civilizations I created.

I'd propably mesh the blizzard universes together and replace it with minecraft physics...OMG that would mess stuff up so bad! That and I wan't to see actual Tauren marines, undead vs zerg and demon hunter vs dreadlords.

Make a copy of my origin universe and watch Earth(1)'s history unfold. All of it.

Then I'd play Universecraft for eternity.

First order of business would include the creation of a large number of "test" worlds without any viable lifeforms. Basically I'd be experimenting en masse with a wide variety of physical and biological systems, including the effects of tweaking various laws of physics. I would not begin to attempt the creation of complicated realities much less advanced lifeforms until I was convinced I could do it properly. There is far too much that is... broken about this world for me to risk inflicting it upon others.

Other things I feel I would be at least eventually doing, not in any particular order:

-Establishment of a wide variety of sentient species, mostly with their own home planet, but also within communication range of at least a few others.
-"incarnation" into a wide variety of roles, sometimes with knowledge of who I am and unusual abilities, sometimes without, but always returning to my previous state upon death.
-creation of an "afterlife" realm where the worthy are able to somewhat define and choose their own continued existence. Remedial punishment and reincarnation for those that fail to meet even basic standards. Individuals that distinguish themselves in an extraordinary manner are afforded an opportunity to become a paragon of their species, able to help guide and protect their people from a position of power.

I'm planning on writing a novel series and have most of that universe already planned out
That will keep me entertained for a while

After that......death matches and adventures between whatever fictional characters I can think of

I would create life only to wait how long does it take for them to actually start conspiring agaisnt me and usurp my power even if technically they dont know if i may or may not exist.

I'd make an alternate version of this Universe except that the US doesn't exist and that being a douche on the Internet is punishable by death agony booth.

EDIT: That includes malicious hacking.

I'd leave it empty. At least for a while.

It'd be fascinating to see what emptiness looks, feels, smells and sounds like.
There would be nothing to feel, nothing to small, nothing see, and no light to see with.

It would be complete sensory deprivation. For the short term, that's soothing to many people. In the long term, it makes you go wonky.
True, which is why it's so fascinating.

What does nothing feel like?

It's something you can't describe, because everything that's describable is something. It's something you could only experience.

How about all us gods sing the first song into existence!

100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Celestial objects in my universe, 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Celestial objects.
You disintergrate one, just for the fun.
99,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 Celestial objects in my universe!

Universal Multiversal Log

Step 1: Create Universal Log. Keep record of subsequent activities
Step 2: Grant self an intimate understanding of the physical laws governing the universe.
Step 3: Grant self an intimate understanding of the physical laws governing my old universe and how they compare to the laws of this universe
Step 5: Change universe into multiverse
Step 6: Change title of Universal Log to Multiversal Log
Step 7: Create control groups, leave several universes untouched to see how events pan out without external interference. If laws governing this universe are different from the laws governing the old universe, alter several additional universes to reflect the laws from the old universe, and use those as a separate control group.
Step 7a: In the event of differing physical laws between old and new universes, categorize universes following the respective types as "Model A" and "Model B"
Step 8: Create universes in the multiverse using Model A and Model B physical laws where the conditions for a Big Bang are primed.
Step 9: Prime rules in various [non-control group] universes to allow for predetermined results
Step 9a: Variance includes universes where magic is possible (exact rules of magic vary by universe), worlds where alchemy is possible, worlds similar to the old universe, worlds with unique deific pantheons (Interventionist and noninterventionist), worlds mimicing most unique fictional universes I have knowledge of, etc...
Step 10: Grant self ability to sense where life can be found
Step 11: Realize that life sense is useless and annoying in unrefined form. Alter it to conjurable radar form and provide it capacity to identify different stages of life and direct me to them on a whim
Step 12: Ensure own immortality, age resistance and effective invulnerability.
Step 13: Fast forward sense of time by millenia per second and watch the various universes take shape until interesting life begins to form
Step 14: Compare universal results
Step 15: Fast forward to intelligent life beyond the tribal stage of life.
Step 16: Pick interesting world and observe in detail
Step 17: TBD. May involve self in a given world for any given length of time. Options include living out a lifetime in mortal form (hero, villain, simple farmer, whatever), popping in in various guises just to mess with people and/or changing the fundamental rules of the world (add magic to non-magic universe, or vice-versa, change percentage of the population on a global scale, etc), among other things
Step 18: Come up with Step 19...

So yeah. For whatever reason, you have been plonked into a newly-born Universe, it's contents consisting of you and fuck-all else. Thing is, you now have the ability to create matter out of nothing and you can use it any way you want; the one thing you are unable to do is go back to your old Universe. Everything else is fair game. So what do you do?
I do absolutely nothing but mope, and wait for my yandere girlfriend to turn up.

Do I win a cookie?
