Well if I'm my New Vegas character I haven't moved in months, and if I'm my Fallout 3 character then I've just been sent to wherever corrupted save-games go.
Seeing as in fallout 3 i'm a level 30 max karma with over 200 stims and slightly more money then exists in the entire universe. i would hire a mass of workers, expand megaton. make a massive city, spend resources and knowledge on farming and creating renewable food sources.
When that is FINALLY done. which will probably take a few years. hopefully megaton will be able to support atleast 200 people minimum. Next problem is obviously luxury once all basic needs are met. So dig an irrigation route from the tidal basin (which should be completely purified now, and i'm in tight with the bos so they will let me) directly to megaton. So we have water coming in from the source. Then eventually build up a generator of sorts to get power from the running water. (my repair is 100, as with energy weapons and small weapons and speech and big weapons and medicine....Yes i'm an intelligence junkie).
So once megaton is made into a massive city of the wastes with renewable resources and power. Side projects would be my focus. A ranch or farm for brahmin, to provide more then the food that we grow. Some of the technology from the pitt so we could make weapons from metals (referring to the metal press things they have). Basically just craft out society. i wouldn't do anything stupid, if i'm thrown into a post apocalyptic society with my real life. i'm not screwing around. and i'm a good person with tons of money and skills. might as well do everything i can to get the world to a decent standard. maybe get the escapist forums back up. haha

Haha, looks like Eulogy is gonna find a suprise in his pocket,the esplodin kind, then i would be the king of the slavers and ide get my own pimp outfit. Maybe strengthen Paradise Falls relationship with the Pitt and mop up the rest of the BoS and Enclave.
This isn't completely relevant, buuuut...
In my latest NV character, for shits and giggles, I pulled out my 9 mm, walked up to the guy in the saloon in good springs (not trudy, she hasn't even shown up in the saloon yet), and headshotted him in VATS.
Then I proceeded to take his revolver, steal everything in the saloon, and sell it to Chet.
Then I blew his head off and stole everything. Now I've run off to Primm to do pretty much the same thing. >
Being a dick is fun.
Also, I did all of this with no clothes on. Makes it that much more entertaining. ^.^

Also i would totally be a bad ass considering in f3 i have 10/100 stats so im pretty much a god. And in nv i would be pretty much a juggernought as well, with a strange fear of cazadors....

I'm sitting on the rooftop balcony of my modified Megaton house with my dog, RL-3 and Clover, enjoying Jenny's delightful Squirrel Stew. Cromwell's droning is somewhere in the distance, and I'm occasionally taking potshots at Raiders over the wall with my modified Gauss Rifle I got from.

FO3 - I would go assault Old Olney sewers again with nothing but a Powerfist seeing as there is no better use of my amazing skills.
FO:NV - I would go and finish slaughtering every last member of Cesar's Legion since I beheaded Cesar and his second in command. Then I would probably keep searching for that one prostitute in Gomorrah's again. She just fucking disappeared.
