It's the USS-Defiant with Deep Space Nine in the background.

The context is that the Defiant has probably one of my favorite spaceship designs in the entirety of the Star Trek universe, and Deep Space Nine is overall my favorite of the Star Trek series'. Sorry Kirk, sorry Picard, but you just can't hold a candle to Bashir and Garak, Odo and Quark, Sisko and Dax, and Gul Dukat all by yourselves.
