I would force mods to write an explanation for every punishment they give that is visible to everyone, and also have them sign each one. That way there is never any confusion over moderator action. We'd know exactly why someone was punished without having to guess. We'd know which mod did it, so if there are any complaints they can be directed to them. As it stands now punishments are vague and difficult to understand at times. The mods can also hide behind anonymity, so we have no way of telling when one is abusing their power.

I would get rid of Jimquisition as I despise him and his "show" with a passion. It is my only grievance with this site. Apart from that nope everything is ok.
id get rid of those low post counts, forum health bars and captcha(seriously, one time it had kanji) those "what would you do?", "last x is now x" threads. and seriously get some mods who actually do the right thing, ive actually had a death threat sent against me, reported it and nothing happened to the guy. i then tell someone that its not right to refuse helping someone when they need help building a pc(yknow, acting like those who know how to do it can be the only ones that can make one. yknow that elitist attitude that turns people away from pc gaming) and i get in trouble. now which one should have been moderated more? this isnt gamefaqs people.

Peoples are just expressing there taste in things.
But anyway, i would change it so the people hear would actually understand sarcasm, instead of ban-hammering everything that looks at them funny.
Also Captchas for people who have done like 1000 posts, no spam-bot is THAT persistent.
