Liara, determined, ruthless yet also fragile, mysterious and very intriguing. I would go far lengths for her to be more than just 'friends'.

Tali-I would love having her around as I find Quarian culture fascinating, her knowledge would come in handy and she'd be a great teacher. I only hope she and I could get together.
Garrus-He's the one i'd always want covering my back. And if i ever have children, i would just soak in the awkwardness as he dealt with them. I think he'd be an wonderful person to talk to about weaponry.
Mordin-I want to be able to sit down with the such a genius. He'd probably end up simultaneously curing and strengthening the major human diseases. I'd also want to give him an energy drink, for giggles.
Joker (You get to play as him, i count that as being part of the squad)-It's Seth Green...in space, that should be enough justification.
