I choose the ability to control people telepathically, so I'm sure that being naked is no problem there. I can simply use an avatar to do things whilst using the power, and if I am controlling someone/placing thoughts and commands into their mind, I can just gloss over the fact I am naked to them. They won't care, because I'll tell them not to.

I chose "Shapeshifting; turning myself into any person or thing with a like size up to 1/4th my size/density, or 4 times my size/density. After shifting into this person, I can then don some clothes. I lucked out with my power.

(Or hell, I'll go on naked. It's not me- except it is. I mean, it looks like someone else, only it's me. So, it may as well be that other person naked, soooo... anyway.)
