Interestingly enough, my friend and I were having a similar conversation a little while back, so I will answer as I did then; the power to make anyone... ahem, "evacuate their bowels". Not majorly, of course, just a little. Think of the possibilities! Walk into a room, pick a target, and as they hurriedly make their way to the nearest toilet, catch their eye and hit 'em with a look of disgust and disappointment in equal measures. They think they're being sneaky; that no-one knows what happened. But you know, and they know it, and now they'll have to live with that.
