You can only listen to the band/artist of the last song you've heard for a year.

Avenged sevenfold. ok, I can deal.
probably A7X for me too, or maybe Queen (their unknown to most, stuff is REALLY good).

might have to toss a coin to decide though.
Queen? Unknown? That doesn't sound right; they're one of the most well known British bands (right there besides The Beatles).

Anyway; I'd be listening to Simon and Garfunkel. Considering how often I listen to their stuff anyway, I don't think it would require much change.
again no, i meant their lesser known songs are as good as their famous ones.

Mon da Biff!

I can deal with an eternity of Biffy Clyro, they have enough diversity that I don't think I'll get bored.

Besides, it's fucking Biffy Clyro.

Edit: Oh, it's only for a year. Alright, that means I can still get back to Mumford & Sons and The Fiery Furnaces. This is good.

I'm writing a discography review of The Magnetic Fields right now. If you had asked me this an album ago, I'd have been all for it, but 69 Love Songs onward they start to get really annoying really fast. They have a lot of albums and a fair amount of variety, I just don't think I could handle any song picked at random, since they'd made so many crappy ones over the years. I'm almost sick of them already and I haven't listened to them in like two years.

Not too bad, but would become boring much quicker than the others on this list.
maybe you could find a loophole and listen to nine inch nails.....thats a pretty sweet deal

Hm. Depends on how you look at it. Technically, the last true song I listened to was by "Weird Al". However, I'm typing this as I watch tonight's SNL and Miley Cyrus sang during her monologue so, um, can I please have "Weird Al"?

The Postal Service, Hm. That would be interesting, they don't have a ton of music so it would get pretty repetitive.

Well, the songs are nice, but they(she?) have only one album, so a year would be a bit much.
