I choose this movie, because simply disliking one is not grounds to having it destroyed.

But a movie that has deeply rooted prejudices in society, which in turn that gave birth to further prejudices through generations, this does hold grounds for extermination.

In that vein, this one qualifies as well... though the books would still be around:

Twilight. Not because of the whole vampire thing, but teaching little girls everywhere that It's okay to marry early, fall in love with someone stalking you, dragging along another boy who actually loves him only to turn him into a man who thinks that they need to be together, and for giving Robert Pattinson his career back.
