I would want to be Ryu from Ninja Gaiden 2 because i would be a ninja and be awesome and get to fight crazy demons and be in a plot that makes absolutely no sense and i would have a scythe and scythes are awesome. My character from Oblivion for a few reasons. One is that I would be extremely powerful and would be pretty much unbeatable. Another reason is that I would have control over all four of the guilds giving me great influence throughout the land. The final reason is that I would be the God Of Madness, the controller over all things that make absolutely no damn sense and insanity in general. I would have so much fun ^_^
