You FAIL!!

Today i just got some of the worst news in my life. I found out that my college has denied me enrollment and i won't be able to go to the school i want until Fall of next year ( i was transferring to that school after i got my associates and go to the school in spring 2011.)
My girlfriend has reassured me that everything is going to be alright but i can't help but feel like this

So fellow escapist, give one or some of your biggest fails. And since this is the escapist lest here some of your most spectacular fails in games too

edit: this does not have to be the thread of death and despair. Seriously give some humorous fails and game fails as well!

I'm 23 years old and I've spent a total of 3 months in higher education, obstructed by the fact that I pissed around at school and have no grades to speak of, so nobody is interested. That's my fail.

I accidentally flicked out the ash in my cigarette to early and was forced to re-light. To smoker's that is a fail

In the space of a month I crashed a classic car (that was given to me), crashed another car, lost all my friends due to them going to university, and took up a crappy job that almost bored me death. That whole year was pretty crap.

In life? mmmm.... Probably when I punched a kid out and had to go to anger management, only to find out the kid was the guy's son. yeah.... those anger management guys can be suprisingly angry.

In game? Play Star Wars Battlefront II and pwning as a Jedi in the Endor map while my allies only had 15 and my opponent (Computer controlled) had 135. After killing 27 guys, my jedi meter ran out, and I was forced to be a clone trooper, with the only spawn point in the Empiral Bunker (dont ask how, basically the map flipped) and 108 pissed off storm troopers.

I've suffered some pretty epic fails in Assassin's Creed... in one particularly spectacular moment, I murdered the target, ran to the top of the castle wall, jumped, and fell to my death a hundred feet down.

Whups.

I was running with my dog on a long stretch of pavement at the airport and all i remember was
running and then on ground and bleeding profusely and my mum laughing her ass off.

The other day I was dismantling my airsoft AK 105 and then put it back together, as I was putting the magazine in a loud "spwong" sound and the top receiver flew half-way across the room. The nice big spring inside ended up IN the wall (went a good 2cm into it OO) and a couple of seconds after the inner barrel calmly slid out of the rifle and dropped to the floor. I managed to put it together in a working condition again tho =3.

in the past i once killed this kid's father for ruining my perfect court record! The kid's best friend got me arrested several years later when they were both adults. I almost got the kid to take the blame tooo!
