Dammit, the freezer covers up this little shelf thing that's full of stuff. When I say full, I mean it.

Is that... Is that a tower of biblical proportions, made of Läkerol-boxes? If it is I extend my virtual hand to yours in congratulations of your service to humanity.

It is. It's fallen over so many times I eventually decided to build it a little bit more stable by turning all the 4-box combinations on their side. There's 87 boxes in the whole thing.

I aim to please! And yes, that Organic chemistry book got me through 3 years of organic chemistry I was horrified when at one point my mother used the book as a door stop. I mean, she could have used the Atkins/De Paula Physical chemistry book instead...

Good grief, how barbaric! Yes, should've used that phys-chem book instead, especially considering how little use it otherwise would've been (in my case, at least). Anyway, hasn't she got a Rubber Book for that?!

I never really had to use the phys chem book for studying purposes, but it did come in handy when I threatened to club my roommate to death with it when he wouldn't take out the bins. My mother will use anything that's nearby to use as a door stop, it got really irksome when I was looking for my inorganic chemistry textbook one time, and she had used it to prop my brother's door open.

But this is where I use my computer. It was just easier to relocate

I hate all you people with multiple monitors >.< Anyway, sorry OP, but my desk is pretty much my bed. Sitting at a desk has always been uncomfortable for me so I don't have stacks of shit to show off.

Still, almost all of the pics in this thread are REALLY clean. I've seen so much worse so you all quit your whining :3

I just wanted to say, I love design on you wall. It's really, really cool!

Since I have three desks (one work, two home) and no way to show them, I'll just described it. My work desk as papers, pens, phone, calculator and a computer. It's an organized mess. It's really big too and I love it!

One of my home desks was has nothing but the old, run down computer that no one uses. My other one is a table for my laptop and has a bunch of stains from various drinks. Quite disgusting now that I think about it.

I didn't plan on it. I wanted a red wall that matches (or is at least close) the colour of the double-deckers on the painting. Once I was done, the wall next to it looked lonely... So I had to do something about it

I originally had the monitor centered on my desk, but now that I've moved it into the corner, and moved the entire computer below my desk I have more room to keep stuff.

OT: I don't have a working camera atm other than my camera phone, so no pics, but mines is literally a wireless keyboard on a black stand with a mouse next to it and a 32" Plasma TV hooked up to my desktop behind them.

Desk is way too big for my camera to get any decent quality. Internet points if you recognise the stuff on it (That's not totally obvious)

That's a good start except mines worse believe it or not. The entire top is covered in paper and files and just general stuff I've printed over the years, theres a few books when paper ontop of those, letters and bills and shit in one section, covered in more paper, then a huge stack of books (the same height as the 750 ml bottle of vodka beside it). Thing is everything is in piles, I know where everything is even though it looks messy and disorganized. General rule of thumb is, the older/less important it is, the deeper in the stack it is.

Wow seeing all these desks has put it into perspective how untidy I am, I shall regale you with some of the things I have found on my desk in the past.

A bag of satsuma's that had gone a green.
A plate with food so caked on i had to use to soak in a disinfectant solution before i could shift it.
A carton of apple juice that had started to ferment.
A patch of orange slime, to this day i have no idea what it was.

my problem is that i keep to much stuff on my desk, any nasties are usually concealed behind a whole tree of paperwork, 360 and screen, laptop, speakers and the remnants of my last meal.

and my desk is cleaner than my floor.
