Ok, so here's the setup:
You're walking down a sidewalk a bit after sunset when you step on something that makes you stumble a bit. You look to see what it is and find that it's $2,000 local in cash. The wad is made up of mostly large bills, but there are some smaller ones in there. It's bound with a regular rubber band, and there isn't anyone nearby who could have possibly dropped it, and besides, judging by the dirt on it, it's been on the ground for a bit.
What do you do with it?
Now me, first thing I'd do is give it to my boyfriend so that bills, rent, and food can be paid for. Granted that there's any left, and if he'd allow it, I'd use some of it to buy a Kaidan hoodie [http://biowarestore.com/apparel/kaidan-armour-stripe-hoody.html] and set aside some for a 3DS and Pokemon X/Y. The rest, try to save it for another time.
Now Escapists, what about you?
EDIT: Made it more clear that the $2,000 you find is in the local currency. Hopefully, that converts over to a nice chunk of change for all countries.
