Lets say you randomly find a nuke in your backyard (if yur one of those uptight people who need an explaination of why theres a nuke in your backyard.. lets say superman flew by and pooped it out =3 [a cookie for anyone who gets that reference])
what would you do with it? you could launch it, you could sell it, you could do whatever you like with it :3. get creative

personally, i would put it in my livingroom as furnature, just to freak people out when they come in and see i have a nuke 8)

build a town around it, start a cult, and offer visitors the choice of setting it off or diffusing it.

I would wonder how he got there and probably let him stay the night until I got him a flight back home.

Sell it. I could use the money.

Or this. Just have to be careful to not become another Confessor Cromwell.

Could I find a way to use the radiation to mutate my body and get powers like from Bioshock or InFamous? I'll sell the rest when I have my powers and get myself a new TV.

Modify it. I would take out all the explosives and fill it up with snakes (you know, those things you put in a jar and when you open the jar, they pop out). Then I would put in my plane, fly above the White House and drop it. I think you can see where I'm going with this.

Get everyone in the world I hate to go to an island to throw a party. After the party has gone on for a while I detonate the nuke.
