Well the original planets were named after Roman gods, maybe we chould continue to trend? If so then I vote Vesta, the Roman goddess of Home, Hearth and Family, or the Greek equivelant, Hestia. It would be a new home for the human race, a place to start again and a new beginning.

Personally I'd want to call it Eden Prime, yes because it's from Mass Effect but also because I think it's an appropiate name for our second home. So what would you call it?

If not Eden Prime, then either Reach or Nirn. Although if it was Reach, and it ever became under attack, I would definitely bail. Surprised no one has said Nirn yet... Although it really isn't that great of a planet name, so understandable I guess.

Sol I, Sol II, Sol III (currently known as "Earth"), Sol IV, Sol V, Sol VI and so on.
