I'd... Probably die in 5 seconds, what can you do in 5 seconds? plus if someones just told you then you have at least 3 seconds for it to sink in, thus 2 seconds left to do something cool or witty...
Then you gotta actually think of something witty to say, unless you already have something memorized.

Actually I'd probably punch the person who told me. Then at least he/she will remember me as the jerk who punched them when they only had 5 seconds left to live.
