The problem is is helping you and somehow word gets to Troi about 'weird simulations', 'eldrich horrors' and other ghoulies. So She decides to wait until after you converted the games into simulations (including massivily enlarged environments and settings) to veto the games. Whatevver might be found in a masssivily expanded version of various games is going to come up.. or potentially come up. And be fodder for the veto.
