Exactly! Dr. Who has the perfect mythos to incorporate anything else, which makes it a nice little cheat on this thread. The Doctor could encounter Metal Gear Solid's Patriots at the turn of the 20th century, visit the exotic islands of One Piece's Grand Line, tag-team with D.C.'s Batman, question Princess Celestia's rule over Equestria, help the war effort against the Decepticons...you get the idea. AND NONE OF IT WOULD BE OUT OF PLACE ON THAT SHOW!

I think all of these things are in different universes then the Doctor's.

Different Universes, or different planets/time-lines? One Piece has a very distinctly different Geography, so who's to say it isn't a planet that the Doctor could visit? Batman and MGS obviously take place on Earth, too. And haven't you heard of Dr. Whoof the actual background character?

First, Thank you for correcting my typo. I concede to your point about one piece, but i always just assumed that Doctor Who took place in our universe which would mean you couldn't visit Batman or MGS. and Dr. Whoof?
