I'm falling to the ground to my death. If any number of religions are correct, then I will soon be floating back up to my afterlife. Either way I am terrified of heights. This is just terrible all around.

I would probably be quite calm actually. No reason getting fussy over something you can't change anyway. Probably think of my girlfriend though...shame I won't see here again. *Thud*
If it was just moments before death I'd say "Finally..." because by that point I'd be bored out of my mind after falling for so long.
Well, scream in terror and fear for the first little while before coming to my senses and remembering that this is exactly how I wanted to go out. If I'm falling over an urban area, I'd aim for a parked car; if suburbs, I aim for a pool; if anywhere else, I'll pick the most convenient target.
