For "original" things to do, I'd say singing "I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts" while playing with grenades. It makes your teammates nervous.

In Left4Dead as a hunter I always say before I pin them, 'EXCUSE ME SIR WOULD YOU MIND DOING A QUICK SURVEY', or as a smoker something like, 'No no no, not that way, come over here, thaaaats it' just before reeling em in. Also on Halo 3 I like to yell HADOUKEN if lobbing a plasma grenade or using the gravity hammer.
When i had just completed No More Heroes, i used to write "BLUEBERRY CHEESE BROWNIE!" just before i killed someone in DotA.
If i was a bit fed, and found 2 or 3 players i could kill, i would go up to them in windwalk(Gondar ftw) and type it, then they would be like WTF and then i would pop out of windwalk and kill them.
The best thing was that sometimes i could catch someone off guard, because they were too busy typing Wtf? or "yeah no more hereos was awesome" or something like that.
