Yep, I know this one. But it requires to wear this thingy on your arm that measures the resistance and projects the images on the skin. Also it needs to be charged from time to time.
The digital tatoo on the other hand is implanted under your epidermis, a place where it doesn't disturb you by being a bump on your arm. Also it can be run under any circumstances like under water since it's safe under your skin. Not to mention that it runs on blood and therefor never needs to be taken out to recharge.
If I've got the choice I'd still go for mine, not that the other isn't a good concept, I just like that better.
