Realisticly though is when I start to hear game noises in my head. That's when I know I've played to much.

Hearing what you think is a Little Sister saying "lily poppy!" at Walmart after running a Bioshock marathon. And being thoroughly creeped out.

Hearing game music in your head. Pokemon is notorious for doing this to me.

(Particularly if you're someone who enjoys doing airsoft or paintball in your free time, and can't see your ammo count..)

Mines more about spending too much time on the PC, but whenever I'm not sure about a spelling in one of my exams, I expect a zig-zaggy red line to appear under it =(
