i know for a fact i play too much Guild Wars (or i did)

i know i play too much because i can list off almost any skill in the game, and the values (at each skill level) that change on said skill. It's useful when making a team, its sad otherwise

my absolute favorite moment though has to be when i woke up in my bed; half asleep, and i was clicking away with my left hand at an imaginary keyboard and my right hand scrolling with a mouse.

(i had been coming off of a WoW spree and i swear i was still raiding while i was asleep.)

Not quite on topic but I have to say it

I know I'm really tired when I start using my phone keypad like a computer keypad or vice versa :p

Oh and I do the checking around corners thing too, especially after playing Left for Dead or Doom 3

When something good happens you reach for the quicksave button. I've done that way too many times..

When you close your eyes to sleep and see numbers flashing in front of you.
Jade Cocoon 2 is a good one for this.

....you hear the Xbox 360 Achievement Unlock sound at work. Maybe i should get that seen to at some point :S
I swear a dude I work with has the achievement unlocked sound as his message received tone on his phone. I hear it go off several times a day, and it usually coincides with something I've done.

Being realistic here:

I've had a dream but I was still half-awake...? Anyway, in my mind I literally pictured movement commands and followed them accordingly with the images from Heavy Rain. Other than that, hearing random video game music pop into my head.

Examples would be music from: Starcraft I & II, Quake II, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (menu song).

I guess I have to admit I occasionally hear the "Trophy Unlocked" sound every once in a while.

happened:

When you're at a good vantage point, like say walking downhill, or on the skytrain; you see the city below you, full of life as far as the eye can see, and you think to yourself, "wow, that's a really good draw distance".

...you walk around Target before detouring to the pharmaceuticals aisles, point and shout "Pills here!"

...you freak out while walking past the open doorway of a pitch-black room, all the time wondering if you'll get pounced by a hunter, mauled by a horde, torn to shreds by a witch, strangled by a smoker, or vomited on by a boomer.

...you see a loading bar while waiting for a selection from a vending machine to drop out.

...you photoshop images of real animals into pokemon.

...you cosplay/role play in real life.

...you smash pots in a random store/other person's house in the hopes that money will fall out.

...you randomly walk into a stranger's house and examine all of their things before non-chalantly walking out.

...you habitually growl like a hunter when walking in a pitch-black room.

...you always follow the light when navigating through your house.

...you have the words "Respawn in 8..." etched onto your family member's/friend's/pet's tombstone or request it as your epitaph.

...you hear the game music playing in your head when you try to sleep.
...when your eyes stay dilated all day.
...when colors start to look like other colors.

I saw a light in my peripherals and for a split second thought about shooting it. Also I've sneaked past my friends (I even move from cover to cover). Next thing I know, I have a 8 yeah old daughter and I'm explaining to her how to kill people.
