Even if majority of players did want something ridiculous like unlimited master balls, a best pokemon in the game,or raise someone to 100 would never happen just because tournaments were people play for days breeding pokemon in the daycare and carefully allotting moves would be ruined. Though if I did have to chose something it would be the option for a new game plus where you can start with a party of lv 5 versions of pokemon in your party so you could actually use a party you never thought to try before rather then just catch it for the sake of having it or leveling it just enough to evolve.
