team gay

gandalf
Gandalf wasn't gay.
I'm not sure how you reached that conclusion...
A wizard is istari. He had bigger problems than thinking with his dick. The wizard wasnt gay. He was of a different race, and therefore cannot be held with the standards of humans.

In fact, they were sent by the Valar to help and assist the peoples of Middle-earth to contest Sauron. The wizards were Maiar, spirits of the same order as the Valar, but lesser in power.

The Valar were basically the angels of middle earth.

way to take this too serious, lol. lightning is unspecified too, and there are 3 bi-sexuals in it. ian McKellen made gandalf ping and he rules so he's in my team -_-

grats on your lotr-penis. if i were to take your post too serious as well i would nitpick and tell you being gay has nothing to do with 'thinking with your dick'.
if you wanted Ian McKellen in your team, you should have just said so. oh yeah! by contrast we could have magneto be gay as well. oh wait, he has children.
you cannot base a character on the actor that plays him/her. also, i based "thinks with his dick" on what Sir Ian Mckellen said. i did my research and look what i turned up.

i never said being gay had anything at all to do with thinking with said appendage. way to assume.

maybe i just wanted a LI for dumbledore. it's my party, not yours -_-

and yeah you kinda did. if he has 'bigger problems' then he could be gay. or a-sexual. or whatever? yeah, whatever.
now your just not making any sense.

how did i make that connection? did i say something like "gay people are horny all the time and love to bang anything that moves"? no, i did not. i was simply taking into account what Ian McKellen had said, since i did do research before i went "lotr-penis" on you. i looked up what had been said about gandalf being gay, and found a quote from Ian saying that he thinks gandalf was gay. so i took that into account when i replied to you.

also, please explain to me why their sexuality is the strongest point of their characters. when i say "Dumbledore" do you immediately think "homosexual"? if so, then there is something wrong there. for that's like you saying "oh, im not racist. i have friends who are (insert skin color here)!" or "i dont hate people who are gay, i have plenty of gay friends!"

OT: i have changed my list.

1) Gabriel Tosh (Starcraft 2): Stealth and VIP elimination.
2) Urdnot Wrex [And by extension, the entirity of clan Urdnot] (Mass Effect games): Soldier,General.
3) Callsign: PSYCHO (Crysis): Soldier,sabatoge.
4) Sovereign (Mass Effect games): Flagship,force support,disruption,superweapon.
5) The Iron Giant (The Iron Giant): Heavy Support, superweapon.
6) A VERY good IS MechWarrior in a MadCat Mk II (MechWarrior) Heavy Support.
7) Jeff "Joker" Moreau piloting the Normandy SR2 [Comes default with EDI](Mass Effect games): Pilot, air support/close air support, transport

Behold! My army to fight off the alien invaders! Wrex comes with a clan, and Soverign...Makes the enemy join us! The rest are just gravy.
I would think Sovereign would be the attacking aliens. I don't really care. I'd like to see Sovereign fight Harbinger in a space battle to the death.

This would call for a team that specializes in the repelling of alien invasions. So, I think I would recruit just such a team.

Duke Nukem
Commander Shepard
Superman
Goku
Samus
Gordon Freeman
Dingo Egret in the Jehuty Orbital Frame (from Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner)

Yeah, I think they can handle any threat. And afterward we can sit back and finally answer the question of who will win in a fight. Goku or Superman?

If I had Son Goku, I'd just make sure I sit some place comfortable and watch the fire-works. But it's not fun to choose the strongest character alive in the history of fiction, so here's my 7 based on their skills of defeating invasions and their skills against fighting a seemingly lost battle.

Duke Nukem. He's every single male-action protagonist combined. Including their one-liners.

Ellen Ripley. Just toss a female loved one into the fray and she'll defeat them with SPAAAACE.

Master Chief. Go play Halo if you don't know why.

Juan 'Johnnie' Rico. He pilots a mech and is superior to every Space Marine in Sci-Fi in nearly every single way. In terms of skill in getting the job done of course. He survived one of the biggest failures in fictional intergalactic warfare so that's gotta count for something!

Will Smith. He defeated aliens in two different franchises. One slightly more significant than the other.

Doom Guy. Difference between demons and aliens? There is none if you have a BFG-9000.

Mephiston. He's a Librarian, which means he can fuck shit up by just thinking it.

Is this based on who I'd want to co-star with in an action-packed blockbuster summer release or who I'd want based on ability?

Eh, I'll go with the former:

1. Christopher Walken

2. Morgan Freeman

3. Christopher Lee

4. Jason Statham

5. Sean Connery

6. Harrison Ford

7. Gary Oldman

Christopher Walken and Morgan Freeman for obvious reasons, Jason Statham in case I get into any of those pesky "chase scenes" along the way, Christopher Lee because there's never really a situation where a Sith Lord/Dracula/White Wizard WOULDN'T come in handy, Harrison Ford to punch out any resurrected Nazis that might be working with the aliens, Sean Connery to punch out any commies that might ALSO be in league with the Aliens and Nazis, and Gary Oldman because if I HAVE TO be betrayed near the story's crux, it might as well be by him.

1. Red (Pokemon Games) Snorlax, Lapras, Blastoise, Venusaur, Charizard and a level 88 Pikachu bring it Aliens.

2. Accelerator (To Aru Majustu no Index, his powers along would be more than enough to defeat the invading force.)

But still I'm going to name the other members anyway.

3. Red Hair Shanks (One Piece)
Despite being one handed he blocked a fist made out of magma just by using his sword, in fact he's training for the invasion right now, probably fist fighting bears wearing armour and wining.

4. Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail)

5. Emperor Charles (Code Geass, plus with him on the team I also get his entire army along with the Knights of the round.)

6. Ash from The Evil Dead. Because, well who wouldn't want Bruce Campbell around during an alien attack.

7. Dragonite why would you want a dragonite, well this video should explain.

Metabee (Remember this amazing guy?)

Gallantmon

Marik from Yugioh, for the simple fact he can make the cards come to life, and I play the card game, would give me a whole army.

Zidane from FF9

Lelouch from Code Geass, for tactics.

Leon, because you got to have someone from a zombie game.

And Rinoa from FF8, if for nothing else, but for her dog ballistic missile

Well since their aliens I will need a crack team of xenos slayers, which will be:

Isac Clarke
Master Chief
Chaplain Cassius (From warhammer 40k)
Commander Shepard
Ellen Ripely
Mephiston (Warhammer 40k again)
Samus Aran

This is my crack team of Xenos slayers!
Isac Clarke has faced down unholy terrors
Master Cheif as done the almost impossible
Chaplain Cassius is here for his experience
Ellen Ripely for..well (mostly luck i suppose)
Mephiston is a psyker, and a god damn bad ass (he strangled a daemon prince)
Samaus Aran for her gadgets

The squishiest member here (After me) is Ripely, and she is anything BUT squishy.

Wrex (MassEffect; For eye-candy)
Spock (Star Trek; Wealth of knowledge)

...That's actually as far as I got. After that, I was just sort of thinking about how hard it would be. You can't set up a dynamic with too many people who are leaders in their own rights because that will create issues, regardless of their level of skill.

So you know, yeah, there are too many options. I like a lot of the ME and ME2 cast for it though, as well as my KotOR characters, who focused more on being jacks of all trades, and therefore useful for a variety of things.

The Engineer. From Battlefield.
Commander Sheperd (as Engineer). From Mass Effect (1)
A Marine (With Turrets). From Aliens. - This guy needs to scream Game Over.
Leonardo Davinchi. From Assasins Creed. - This guy technically counts as Engineer.
The Engineer. From Sanctum
The Engineer. From Global Agenda.
Tali (Engineer) From Mass Effect 2.
Hmm... Think you have enough engineers? Surely you could squeeze in a few more!
Look. You can never have enough Engineers. In Aliens? Each marine killed about 2 maybe 3 aliens. The turrets? Hundreds. Maybe thousands.
What? No TF2 Engineer? He has a turret too!
