The last boss that I haven't defeated multiple times over (that helicopter from Shadow Complex's opening) was Demetri from Sly Cooper 2. Boy, this is gonna be tricky...My best bet would be to clobber him with one of those barrels in the room, and try to use a Clockwerk Tailfeather as a weapon against him. =P
