The Deer's Legs

styled as a lodge-type pub, except with stuffed deer legs mounted on the walls, not deer heads, because... fuck it...

as a less (or perhaps more) serious attempt:
Whale Isle Beef Hooked (refered to with an irish accent)

The Cherry Pit

-Old roman soldiers would play a marbles variant by spitting cherry pips into a pit. This is what passed for fun.

It'd be an old english pub kinda affair, with bare wooden rafters and big old comfy couches and rickety bar seats with brass fittings. and it'd be amazing!

Cognitive Dissidents
A hangout for the sensitive lowlifes and cyber-enthusiasts.

Chatsubo Bar
A greasy establishment with a greasier bartender named Ratz, but a haven for the crooks and deadbeats I call friends.

The Dark Sun
Come for the dancing, stay for the samurai fights!

Do Like!, especial Cognitive Dissidents. Sounds somewhat familiar too... which is always a good thing for a bar name!

But honestly, most of the names I've seen that have an '&' in them are kinda catchy and fun to say for me. There's one near where I live called the Slug & Lettuce.
(Double post, yay!)

You wouldn't happen to be talking about the one in Nottingham next to the Cornerhouse would you?
There's a Slug & Lettuce near me as well, and it's nowhere near Nottingham.

Unfortunately, I get the feeling Slug & Lettuce is a nationwide franchise...
The deceitful bastards! I will not let this go unchallenged...

The broken cat (the sign outside the pub is actually broken and has a cat on it)

In german: Schenke zum gespalteten Schädel
In english: Inn to the split skull

(metaphoricly speaking, split from a heavy overdose of beer)

WTF captcha:
quatievi schöne

Do english keyboards even have a key for the letter "ö" ?
Its a german "umlaut", so why does it appear in a english forum ?
