Well, since A, B, C, D, E, F and even L and Q have all been taken, I'm going for...

(G). I'd think to myself "Hmmm, a Japanese manga/anime t-shirt. Nice taste :)" and walk on. That said, although I probably wouldn't get one like that, I'd possibly get an anime style shirt myself. Just because I think it'd be cool...

I think the shirts are charming. If a friend of mine where to put something like that on, I'd pat them on the back for not giving any consideration whatsoever to common decency/fashion taste.

I don't mean that as a back-handed complement either. I find these anime shirts far more classy than Abercrombie or FCUK shirts.

I'd probably think it was some anime character that I didn't care about and move on with my day.
Yeah...what'm I missing here? Why is a t-shirt with some anime character (who looks like every other anime character as far as I can tell) so infuriating to the 116th Mat Parker?

I tut gently, continue walking and forget about it within 10 minutes.

Seriously, working yourself up over these kinds of things is just a waste of time.

Agreed, It's the product of being a very boring individual

I like the light gray one better. I don't honestly see the problem with it. I mean, I'd buy one. I'd probably wouldn't ware it very often, but if i was hanging out with my friends to go see a movie in theaters or something i might.

My personal favourite tshirt:
I own THREE of them ^_^
And there would be people who would find that shirt offensive. Not me, though. Jack has been my best friend after some really crappy days. But not many. I have a Captain Morgan tshirt with a rather nicely clad piratess leaning against the bottle.
You can't please everybody, and those manga shirts are not breaking any laws. At least not any in the US. So if you want to do C, then don't be surprised when you get fined for a false report.

Meh....

Like, does it matter if I'm so apathetic I don't about what someone wears?

Unless its nothing. That tends to pique my interest.

I go "sweet, anime girls" (in my head) and keep walking, because it would just look odd if I stopped to inspect a shirt.
Something like that, but replace, "sweet, anime girls" with "Oh look, it's Love Plus [http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-9g-49-en-15-love+plus-70-3ghr.html]!"
...Yes, that was quite seriously the first thing that popped into my head.

And people think the Japanese are xenophobic...

I personally don't really care. I certainly wouldn't call the police, there's really nothing wrong with that shirt besides being a little pervy.
