You Weirdest Moment In Gaming?

Just for sheer 'WTF?!' factor,
Or what's the most random moment you've ever encountered in a game that's just illogical or irrational?
Or even when a game has glitched and it's just funny to watch?

Mine has to be Fallout 3,
Wondering around the Capital Wasteland and I come across a group of hovering limbs and organs,
Completely weirded out I went closer to investigate,
AND THEY STARTED ATTACKING ME!
They were Talon Company Mercs but just their limbs and insides,
They didn't have faces, Just eyes teeth and tongues!
Weird.

Purple eyed people in Oblivion. And it DIDN'T go away when I reloaded my save. Only when I reset the game.

I only learned that it was caused by the dead-resurrecting "Staff of Worms" a few years later.

Oblivion, going into the Shivering Isles.... When the world dissolves into butterflies.

I watched that while under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms once. And it was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. Blew my mind.

Morrowind. The first time I saw the Windsock Glitch...that's the one where dead bodies get stuck in a texture & flail around like a windsock.

Was playing Warcraft 3 with some mates. We were playing a tower defence game... Anyway, one of my mates builders turned into a Blademsater and started tearing up everyone's towers.

loading up my friends fallout 3 game save and when it loaded he was in the room where you can sleep with that women.

Fallout3 also. I killed man with my fists which promptly made his body fly into the sky..and keep flying. I followed his flying body untill it landed near Megaton. It was awesome. And that must have been some grand punch.

Was playing Red Dead Redemption yesterday on the MP, and I was suddenly hit by massive waves of deja vu as I got a kill, couldn't explain it but for some reason I could remember seeing the evnts on screen happened elsewhere for and I just couldn't imagine where. Freaked me the hell out tbh. xD

In Fallout 3, I once saw a Deathclaw fly straight up, and never come down. It looked really funny.

Playing some James Bond game for the ps2, I was on a level where you had to drive a car under a train and then jump into the train.

The first time, I failed, so I restarted and tried again, got to the end, the same animation started, of the car going under the train, train going over a bridge and the car falling hundreds of feet. I stopped the cutscene in disgust and reloaded, playing through the level a total of 7 times before I stopped to actually watch the damn thing, and realised the car always fell, if you did it right Bond jumped into the train beforehand.

Neurosurgery pc game I used to play. It didn't have many restrictions on what you could do with patients, I could stick needles in their eyes, if I was so inclined. That and occasionally you'd be presented with an 80 year old coke addict...

Arma II. Made a mission with a friend to test out all the mods we'd downloaded, for the lulz I spread WW2 Soviet Union troops around the map, then deleted them all. When we were playing we were firing arty cannons at sheep, I heard a few gunshots then me and my mate got killed, one of the Soviet Union troops had obviously got mad at us deleting him from his Virtual life and hunted us down
