Ok, for the record, I resent the term "Evil Genius" I much prefer to be called a misunderstood, moderately unstable genius.
First I'd hijack some nukes and wipe out all the secret agencies in the world that might send secret agents, like James Bond, against me. Then I'd gather some scientists to develop the technology to wipe out free will from the rest of humanity so the only will left would be MINE. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

honestly, the first thing I'd do as an evil genius is find a way to make money. Once I do that, I find a stately place, preferably in international waters to do my evil genius business. Maybe a huge ship. Then I would form an army of goons.. hiring mostly from desolate areas, train them, keep them happy..
Then I would probably find other evildoers to become allies with, like the Somalian Pirates. I'd help to bring them out of their destitution. Then, I would slowly take over the world, using strong arm here, and guile there. Slowly creating a stereotypical cadre of evil corporate and political puppeteers to make my underhanded dealings more smooth.
Oh
And a stable of ladies.
Hot ones.
With Big Boobs.
Then I would probably find other evildoers to become allies with, like the Somalian Pirates. I'd help to bring them out of their destitution. Then, I would slowly take over the world, using strong arm here, and guile there. Make the AIDS virus more resistant and make it so that people could transfer it from contact, i would not make it aerial because it could kill me, but hell that virus would be a nightmare, imagine no one toching no one else, i would make a new world, more clean, everyone would have to follow procedure, parties and clubs would close down, theathers would dissapear and the only real safe fun to be had would be "Video Games"
