Sorry, no camera. Not to mention the levels of bravery(or stupidity) you need to post pictures of yourself on the internet without being a "God of the Web".
Explain.

What possible harm comes from a nameless picture posted from an unrelated pseudonym and avatar, on the Escapist forums of all places?
I was going to write a long, thought out response, but I think the best thing I can say is. "You are never anonymous."

Most people wont even believe that the picture you posted is really you. It's not a bad idea to post pictures of yourself on the net unless your acting/planning to act like a jerk or if people you provoked people you actually know you in real life.

It's fun to see who we're interacting with from time to time but it's also rather pointless since most of the time it's not the truth.

If anyone what to see my "less ugly self in picture format ever" (I'm really not photogenic) it's in my profile.

That is my second problem, you know, next to the whole paranoia thing.

I don't give out personal information on the internet.
Likewise, unless you're a long lost Nigerian relative who's has loads of money to give me!
Well actually I have reason to believe that you may be related to the Ossarian noble family like myself. Now if I could get just a few personal details...

There, I'm brave, it's a small picture, with sunglasses, hat and beard that is currently shaved. But that is me.

I never get this. Why the hell would you lie about how you look? If there's a 'post your pic!' topic and you're embarrassed/paranoid about your pic being out there, don't post one. I'd never put out a pic with my mouth open because by British standards my gnashers are fine, but our American friends would have a field day. Some people are far too paranoid about the web. :p

If you have identifying features of your house in the pic or filename/metadata then fair enough, but a nondescript photo is hardly going to leave you signed up to the Fascist party.

I don't care if they believe it's me, and so far there's no reason for anyone to be lying about their pics here. They've been humble and human so far. You're understandably pessimistic based on more trollish internet experience.

I think the existence of social networking sites booming popularity with undeniable accuracy throws your argument off-kilter.

In short: Jesus loves you.
