Just because there are a lot of these doesn't mean they can't be made again. A lot of new users might catch this and decide to post, people might have changed their tastes since the last time they answered them. There is no reason to bag this thread just because it has been done before.

What's with all these people posting games that aren't a series. You can't call it a series when there's only 1 game.

Edit: I know sequels have been confirmed but they don't exist right now.

Ever hear that Mass Effect II and Assassin's Creed II are coming out. Stop trying to rip people a new one over technicalities. Find another place to start a flame war.

If you look. I acknowledged that, but people can't say they loved a series of a game that
A: isn't a currently a series (with only 1 game released)
and
B: In the case of Viva Pinata earlier hasn't even got a confirmed sequel (that I've seen)

And I'm not "trying to rip people a new one" It's a thread about favourite game series not favourite games. A series consists of more than one game.

Considering I'm the one who started this thing I'm gonna have to go with this Cpt Oblivious guy on this one. Technically they are not actual series 'till the game comes out and even then you haven't really played it yet. What if you dont end up liking the sequel? I mean I loved Gears of War but I seriously thought GoW2 was shit so yeah cant call that a favorite series.



Note: Also, Am I the only person that likes The king of Fighters on here???? Maybe its cause I'm Mexican. Whatever still love the series though and looking forward to the new one.

So then you only like the first C&C and Red Alert? EA owned Westwood when Tiberian Sun came out. Of all the C&C games Tiberian Sun is my least favorite. To top it all off the former EA guys, who formed Petroglyph games and made Empire at War and Universe at War say they were very happy with what EA did with C&C 3 so if they're not complaining I don't see why other people should be either.
