strange enough online I'm a very civil person but in real life I'm usually very rude vulgar and sarcastic. If someone wants to tell me why please do.

I'm a lot more open online, as in I actually have a chance to talk and get my views across. In the real world, I'm usually sat in the nice, big chair being very quiet. This is because my family is extremely loud, so because of that I can't get a word in edgeways and I'm not the type of person who likes to shout over other people.

Even so, I'm still fairly shy online, whereas offline I'm on a ridiculous level of shy. For example I can't look people in the eye, I just find it weird. I'm even really shy at work, I don't really chat to other members of staff. And if they start a conversation, I'll usually end it in one sentence (not intentionally). Small wonder that any of them actually talk to me to begin with.

Im usually nicer online for some reason. I'm also one of those few strange people who are more open offline than online.

I try to be honest about myself online and in real life. I'm me, what's wrong with that?

In fact that's half the reason why I've enjoyed the escapist so much. On most other sites for someone like me who tries to get a word in edgewise to some discussion some moron will shoot down my opinion on the basis of me being 14. So here's the first time I can keep my mouth open and be honest.

I'm as charming online as I am off. But that is because I have a way with words. Once you get to know me you will find I am a terrible person. Makes one night stands easy enough though.

I pretty much act the same in real life as I do online.
But I will always back out of arguments on the internet[footnote]Unless it involves Viva Pinata or some guy just generally being a twat to me, then I'll argue.[/footnote]. They never get you anything but trouble.
Fuck you and fuck Viva Pinata!

Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

I am extremely shy offline, or at least I am when meeting new people. I'm gradually coming out of my shell but when I was in middle school and in my first 2 years of high school, I was terrified of meeting new people because I was afraid of saying something idiotic thus resulting in bullying. (Yay, isn't middle school fun? *sarcasm*)

For the most part, although I tend to be a little more over-confident and a little less aggressive on the internet

I am much more vocal here than I am in reality.
Plus, I'm a good deal more sociable. Here, I can just spout off maniacal nonsense if I really feel like it, while in person I'm the really, really quiet person who's usually in the corner because they don't want to talk.

Oh, I'm also much more verbose here. Most people who talk to me in daily life get one or two word answers to questions.

I'm much more sarcastic offline.
Believe it or not, people have trouble understanding sarcasm online.
Weird, I know.

Also, it has been said that I have almost no personality offline.

I'm much more playful and extroverted online. In person, I'm really shy and quiet.

Offline I barely speak a word because no one cares in the real world, online around a collective I tend to be more cynic and cold because no one actually cares on the internet. Unless I'm on a roleplaying forum, I tend to be friendlier there for some reason. But online with friends I'm more myself.
