My avatar's a Tonberry, I chose him because he's cute and deadly and probably the only monster in the world which actually wears clothes. Also because I started here thinking I would be quiet and modest.

OK, I'm fairly new to the Escapist forums and whilst I have a couple of fairly good topics in mind, I'd like a little experience with the forums first. So, for my first thread, Avatars. More specifically, what is yours and why do you use it?

I know, it's not brand-new territory or particularly earth-shattering but I want some experience before I go any deeper.

My avatar is a combination of the logo's of my three favourite games - Portal, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Mass Effect 2.

Please don't diss PoP: Sands of Time, Silent Hill 2, Minecraft, or Portal in any serious manner or THEY WILL FIND YOU O_O Even though we all know Silent Hill 2 controlled like ass, PoP had horrendous combat, Portal has almost zero replay value and Minecraft is only really entertaining for like an hour.

In all seriousness, my Avatar is Megaman Volnutt from Megaman Legends, the very first game I ever bought with my own paycheck at the tender age of 15 (I think) and, probably thanks to nostalgia more than anything, one of my favorite games of all time.
