I was watching a friend play Harvest Moon: Saving the Homeland, and she kept her character working through the night without sleep, so of course, he (the character) drops unconscious in the middle of the field. She exclaimed, "OMG WHAT JUST HAPPENED?"

To which I replied, "Looks like the Moon..." I put on my glasses, "...Harvested you."

My little brother was kind enough to scream, "YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!"

Energy swords on Halo are great for Star Wars one liners. I was killed by a friend, and after I respawned started saying "You killed my father".. I was stabbed shortly afterwards, with the predictable line of "No Joe, I AM your father". Both of us laughed far more than was appropriate for such a terrible joke...

Or there's the Gears 2 level where you get to fly on the reavers. Straight away to my team-mate "Hey, have you heard?"
"Heard what?"
"A-well-a-bird, bird, bird, bird is the word..."

And the obligatory "Boom, headshot" when headshots occur.

well i get my jollies of playing defense and doing defense kills anf my favorite phrase right now is when the enemy is about to make a kill i yell out "DENIED" b4 killing them.

whenever i complete a task i loudly exclaim JOBS A GOOD 'UN!! and im not even cockney!

in fact its not just in games its like my catch phrase! everyone should have a catch phrase...

I threw a grenade at a skag in Borderlands, ran through the explosion as it happened, and yelled "Yippee-kai-ay, motherfuckers!" while shooting an SMG in the sky. My shield was absolutely destroyed, but I had fun.

when playin sims bustin out on GBA in the middle of the night (in game time) i once exclaimed "what do you have to do to find a shop that sells talking iguanas at this hour!" or something like that, not really a line but its still pretty funny and random

There was a guy that was playing Unreal Tournament 3 named "The_Dentist", he was mic spamming, so I said
"Have a lead mouthwash, BIATCH!" and shot him in the head with my shotgun.

Well, I was playing a round of Unreal Tournament 3 online, and there was this guy called "The_Dentist' who was basically acting like an asshole and spamming the voice chat.

I had a sniper rifle, and I zoomed in on his head when he was sniping someone as well, I then said over voice chat "Hey dentist" "What?" "OPEN WIDE" and shot him in the face.

I felt like a bad 80's action hero.

Have you two met?

I don't think so...

All we need now is someone to turn up claiming to be "The_Dentist" himself and it will be hilarious.

Now I was playing pyro to try and push them back, but was doing pretty poorly so I had enough, especially since there was a guy on the opposite team trash-talking like he was single-handedly pushing the cart. He was so annoying, I think his tag was "The_Dentist".

Now I change to sniper, find a good sniping spot (had to hurry, you know how quick it can all end when the cart nears the final checkpoint) and what do I notice behind all the demos and scouts eviscerating my team? A lone heavy Dentist at the back, munching away happily at a sandwich. "Hey, Dentist," I say, "don't forget to brush after every meal."

Boom, headshot.
