Once in Rivet City, I was caught stealing a tidbit and all of a sudden the guard was after me. Since I didn't want to fight, I ran aimlessly through thew corridors since I often get lost in RC, and picked the lock to a random room and fled inside for cover. Since I'd taken damage, I stole all of the food from the shelves and ate it, before killin a guard who had ran inside. Then, a resident ran at me, and I blew his head clean off in VATS, with his decapitaded corpse now laying in the middle of the hall. Then, out of nowhere, a resident came and said "God bless you" before walking past. Everyone had suddenly stopped being hostile.

The headless corpse was always just laying there every time I visted RC after then.

Plus there was this one time with my freind, when we were targeting a Supermutent with a shotgun in VATS for multiple attacks. After the first shot, it just stopped shooting and showed the Supermutant just standing there shooting at us for about a minute before it actually let us fire again.

Do you know/remember what that resident's name was?

I remember that the priest Diego was the one who said 'God bless you', but all I knew about the hostile one was he no longer had a head.

WEll, just got done with evergreen, killed the sup4rmutant and lost Chiron to him. Kind of pissed me off but my last save was about an hour away and there's no way I'm doin' that crap again. So I'm walking along the railway, shooting people on bridges and soon i find this overturned railway cart. (You all probably know where this is going) So I look inside and there is this little teddy bear trapped in a grocery cart. I open the cart, and the bear starts having a seizure. Then I heard loud footsteps and sure enough, another freaking super mutant. After a while of failed attempts and dying, he finally goes down. Was pretty fun. And I was pretty out of ammo.

When I killed the Radroach king guy and his corpse float away against the horizon... That moment was epic!

Alright, now that that's over with...

In Broken Steel on that one mission with Liberty Prime, I was having the best time running into the Enclave base, slaughtering every last one. I was imagining my character shouting "DIE ENCLAVE MOTHA FUCKAS!"

Then Liberty Prime got blown to peices, I was actually sad when that happened, especially when his severed head was muttering phrases.
