When Civ IV was in development, I wrote the company, telling them I had played all Sid's games (except SimGolf) and that I would love to be a beta tester.

They wrote me back telling me they didn't need any testers. They also sent me a free copy of SimGolf.

So, my best gaming bargain was SimGolf.
