Mine was today, in battlefield 1943 i attached a stick of tnt to the the under carage of a enemy plane. When the plane took off, I gave him a few seconds and the i pressed that plunger. He exploded in spectacular fashion. I never got so much hate mail off 1 guy.

When I beat Crying Wolf from Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on my first try. Granted, I hid under the car most of the time to keep myself away from the frogs, but I felt so satisfied that I beat her with a simple assault rifle.

On like my 50th try, I dealt my 1,031st blow to Henry at the end of No More Heroes. It was epic.
I also abandoned Ninja Gaiden after dying at the hands of the Jaquio over and over. A few years later, I finally beat him and the following boss, the demon, in the first try. That was a long overdue victory.
