Your best gaming moment

What is your personal Crowning Moment of Awesome in a video game? This doesn't count anything that you're absolutely required to do in the game.

For me, it's that time I chainstabbed 4 enemies coming up some stairs as Spy in Team Fortress 2.

For me it was in Kingdom Hearts 2, I was at the boss Xigbar, with only an inch of health left and Goofy and Donald were dead, Xigbar still had 3 bars of health. Despite all the odds against me, I beat him. It was awesome!

Beating Red in Pokemon SoulSilver....with a Magikarp.

Completing World at War on veteran difficulty, such a challenge...
That or finally getting all 1550G on fallout 3, which also took a long time.
Getting the zombie genocidest achievement for Left 4 Dead, again, more of a marathon than a challenge.

All great games, they are the only real stand out moments for me.

When I beat a dragon boss in Castlevania for my friend in about 5 minutes when she died at least 15 times. Ahhhhh, memories!

I'm not very good at games, so my choices are limited.

That said, 5 starring One on Guitar Hero III...on Expert. \m/

Or beating Donkey Kong Country. I'm almost there with the second. I just need to beat K. Rool.

The best moment I can think of right now was in the Gears of War 3 beta. I had three enemies bearing down on me, I spun around and shot once with the sawn-off, all three turned into little piles of meat. I think they all learned not to cluster so much after that.

Sydney Sleeper me and a Heavy teamed up in a Granary round of TF2. I would scout a few steps ahead, shoot an enemy with the Sleeper (causing them to be covered in Jarate and take mini-crits), whereas my Heavy buddy would quickly deal some ass whopping with Sasha.

That went on for the entire round. Eventually the other team got pissed and started going Spy a bunch, so my Heavy buddy switched to Scout. Oh well.

Pretty much the time I finally figured out how to play Spy effectively in TF2. Many backstabs were had at other people's expense.

Then I quite for a few months and when I came back, I sucked again. That's pretty much TF2 in a nutshell for me.

Went through a match of BFBC2 Rush attackers with 5 deaths... as a medic. And not camping back. I armed 3 of the objectives. Squadplay rocks.

My first complete Baldurs Gate run through. Took me an incredible length of time, starting with my lowly thief and then finally coming through and killing Mellisan in Throne of Bhaal...Now to just run through with another less awesome class.

Coming drunk one night, really, really drunk, I managed to start Guitar Hero 3. Back then I was a "Medium" diff player. For hours I played and played, felt like being on a stage. Loved the music, loved the feeling. Best fun I ever had in a game. Tried it again a few times but ended up puking on the floor.

Ahhh the same thing I brag about constantly to my friends.

Completing Devil May Cry on Dante Must Die mode without dying.

The only time i've ever finished a game and done a victory dance all over the house. The lass I was seeing at the time got kind of worried and thought i'd lost the plot, apparently shouting "I did it, I damned well did it" wasn't much of an explanation for my moment of madness.

Dunno it is a cross between, 7 day survivor after having to run around my entire neighbourhood after my grandad let the dog escape by accident.

or, in all of its glory.

Stealing a flag in halo 2, and through adversity, when I was half way to scoring the game winning point.

A player on a ghost tried to splatter me, hit a rock did a flip, mid roll whislt upside down, I melee tagged him, with the flag, right in the ghost's G spot/ insta-explode disc on the side. killing him instantly, and buying me the time to cap and win.

definitely defeating ultima weapon in final fantasy vii. man i felt good after that!

1: going 47-2 in a team deathmatch game on Modern Warfare 2
2: I forget the specifics, but in Bad Company 2 I was playing that game mode where you have to destroy 2 points then move on to the next two with a limited number of spawns, and we were down to 2 spawns left and someone gave us air cover from a crashing heli to plant the last bomb. I felt like black hawk down

I remember in Call of Duty 4 I was playing Free-For-All and I saw a guy in front of me but there was a set of stairs between me and him. So, I ran up the stairs, jumped about 15 feet and knifed that bastard in the head(mid-air) and won the match.It's not really that impressive but i did feel like a bad ass for a week.

I remember on splinter cell chaos theory, I once dived into a room slashed a guys throat then quickly pulled out my rifle and popped the guy across the room. This happened in the space of about 2 seconds. It really stuck with me.

Other than that, I remember on Socom2 online, on the map fishhook, I was playing as the Seals, and was the last man left against 5 terrorists. I managed to kill 4 of them, save the hostages and then pop the last one in the head right before the timer ran out. I didn't even consider myself good at the game at the time, but everyone, myself included, was impressed with how I managed that.

I always love landing on people in Section 8. one time, I started a round by landing on 3 people at once, then after I got enough money to buy myself a mech, my friend and I were joking about someone staring at the landing beacon saying "gee, I wonder what this thing is?" and then having the mech land on the person, which in the end my mech actually landed on my friend, then I got killed because I couldn't stop laughing

My no death run on sonic.... and then doing it again and at scrap brain zone thinking hey wait I haven't died yet, then I beat twice without dying.
