Team Fortress 2: I made 2 kills within a couple of seconds by using the Sniper's taunt kill (which takes a couple of seconds to "charge") on two unsuspecting Heavy's 
dunno if it counts, but killing all 4 people in melee range with the sniper while playing a 4v4 gather and subsequently having them all call me cheater for weeks after that, has got to be up there ))
then a few of those classic "DID I JUST HEADSHOT SOMEONE 5 KM AWAY????" shots in bc2.

Love sniping but it's hard to choose the best of them... but I guess it was in Gears of War, when I aimed at a guy walking in a group, with a flamethrower-guy in between.
I hit the gas tank by accident, but killed a few.
Fair enough it wasn't intentional, so therefore it wasn't my best shot, but it was most certainly one of the more effective

in black hawk down I could seee a guy running to the horizon - I dont know why, I shot at him with my g3 - no effect, picked up a lmg and still no effect so I ran to an armoury and picked up a barrett, took aim at the running man then he stopped lay down turned round having decided he was in position, he lay down now a tiny spec, I fired and a second later a +15 longshot!

in atacoma desert in bad company 2, I was up on the ship in the middle and I see the russian car driving to the american spawn, obviously with some spawn campers in it so I take a few pop sots at it and miss since its hard as hell to hit in that little window and its just about to drive around the corner of the hills that point A is on and I take one last parting shot before I go to shoot some more people at c and with a that last shot I managed to headshot the driver, it was one of those lucky as hell shots

In TF2, I once saw a spy run out of a doorway, beginning to cloak, and I was able to lead him about 10 yards, and headshot him even though he was completely invisible. Predictably, hax were called.
I rented halo reach yesterday, and when I was playing last evening I got a 3 in 1 snipe. I don't know the map names since I've been playing 2 hours tops, but I think it was something like "The Cage" or something.
In ARMA: Armed Assault, I shot the enemy team's commanding officer from 1778 meters away with an M107 on multiplayer. On a server with no respawns allowed. HEAPI .50cals are slightly overpowered for anti-infantry purposes, but I deemed it necessary for that occasion.

No scope from the garage to the house in Estate, was pretty beast. Various jumping shots, lots of stuff to be honest.
Shooting out a helicopter pilot in Bad Company 2, and then watching the helicopter crash, killing all his buddies. Even better if you used a shotgun to do it...
Well the game I'm best with a sniper on is Gears of War 1, so many headshots on that game but I'd probably have to say my best kill was a single bullet triple kill on MW2, can't think of the maps name but it's the one on top of the 2 buildings with a crane at the side. I was laying down on top of the small building and saw an enemy player firing down from the opposite small building with a LMG, so I zoomed in on his head held my breath and then fired, the bullet went straight through his head into the head of another player laying down next to him and hit a player climbing up the ladder in the chest. I laughed so hard and acted realy cocky for a bit about my "úb3r úb3r 1337 sniping skills" even though it was nothing more than a fluke and I didn't plan on killing more than one guy.
